Expressive Somatic Coaching

A creative, body-based approach to reconnect with your inner world.

The art of self-expression through mindful movement, breathwork, and creative practices. Reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner voice in a supportive space.

If you're feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, creatively blocked, or stuck in old patterns, these 1:1 sessions offer a gentle space to come back to yourself. Expressive Somatic Coaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, and creative practices such as guided writing or visual imagery to help you explore what’s beneath the surface; in a way that feels safe, non-judgmental, and nourishing.

Rooted in trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and my background in creative wellbeing, this approach supports you in releasing tension, finding your voice, and developing emotional resilience. It’s not about fixing or performing, but about softening into presence, listening to your body, and expressing what needs to move or be seen.

You don’t need to be “artistic” or experienced, just open to exploring. Together, we co-create a session based on your needs, whether that’s calming anxiety, re-igniting your creativity, or gently processing emotional experiences through embodied and expressive tools.

Sessions are available online or in-person in Hackney, London.
